So with the theme this week i believe the song Do You Remember is a good song that goes along with the story..it talks about bringing back memories which what Larry Watson does in the book Justice He talks about what happened when they were young and now as they are older..at first was a little confuseing but i must say this book was pretty darn good i enjoyed it!!! (:
The ending was okay idk it was good but not best...

Habbits...
Oh boy...I have a few habits that I would say I do more then reading. This is not really a good thing but they are difficult habits to break. One is procrastinating, I always put things off to the last minute, this blog is one of the things I procrastinated on over break. Another habit i have is biting my nails. This is really gross!!!!!! I bite them when I am bored stressed or anxious. During sports games mostly. :/ ew.
I know I should read more but its hard finding time to read.
I will try to work on this...
Over break I didn't do to much reading well mostly because it was break...I was to busy haveing fun which is what you are suppose to do over break right?!?! (: (:
Well I read some parts where they are just going over the charectors from the being...His ex girl friend pretened not to like to drink in front of his parents even tho the past summer they were drinking and almost having sex by a river.

mmmmm almost break!!!!! THANKING GOD!!!!
Well it was last summer when my friend Katie and I decided to go to the book store in the mall..it was my first time ever. They were having a SALE!!!! (: I found this book with a risky cover (2 ppl kissing). I walked up to the check out place and the lady behind the counter was older probably 50's. and this is how the convo went.....
Lady- Well well what do we got here???
me- uh just a book something to read this summer
lady- looks like a naughty book are you sure u can handle this
me- yeah its just a love story and I'm a girl so of course i can
lady- mmmm there are other books to teach u about sex you need to be safe
me- yeah ik but I'm not really into that stuff
lady- Well when i was younger i use to steal my daddies naughty books.!! (laughs)
me- uhhhh oh really hahahaha??????
awkward!!!!!!!-haven't returned ever since!!!

intense!!!! <3

Todays a great day!!!
I started reading a book I believe is call the Justice.....Mr. S...gave it to me to borrow but I forgot it out in my car so I don't know exactly what it is called (: my bad!
This book is about two brothers and a couple of friends who go on hunting trip...
This book can be connected to my life by when the boys are telling fun stories that have happened to them with their buddies. Reminds me of when I get together with my friends and we tell "boy" stories (: They are so much fun and always gives a good laugh...
I have read about 50 pages
in 2 1/2 hours on and off.

Woah..
Tonight I have accomplished something I honestly didn't think I was going to do (: and I'm very happy for this. I have completed my first book. My Goals are to continue to read strong (:.
The book I finished is called "The absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian". This honestly was a very good book, although probably 2 pages were inapporiet haha but not that bad.
It was about this boy who lived on the "rez"..Indian Reservation...he was about to become a freshman in high school. He lived at home with his family and his best friend Rowdy also was always around due to his dad being a drunk and always beating on his mom and him. On the first day of school Junior opened a book only to find his mom had the book before him he ended up throwing the book at the teacher and broke the teachers nose...In the long run this was good because when he went to apologize to the teacher, his teacher told him he needed to leave. His teacher had great hope in him unlike most of the Indians who didn't have any hope in the future. They all considered themselves poor and never having the chance to go to college. So that day he went home and told his parents he wanted to go to the "white" school 22 miles away. His parents actually allowed him to go which was very unexpected. He was the only Indian there all the "whites" stared at him. He saw the a very pretty girl her name was Penelope...when he told everyone his name they all laughed they thought Jr was a funny/weird name. No one liked him at first. Indian rules were to fight everyone who mocked you or your family or even your tribe. anyways to sum it up a little shorter...He made the bball team the varsity team. He never expected that at all he thought he would just be on the spare team. oh yeah i forgot to tell that he got the guts to go up to this kid who was very smart his name was Gordy and asked him if he would be his friend. He also got Penelope as his girlfriend. (: woots!
There bball team lost to Juniors rev the first time they played them. That game Junior ended up going to the hospital because he had got taken out by Rowdy really bad. Then later they played the rev again and they ended up winning by 40 points!!!!!!!
In the end the book was all about the boy who everyone and him self thought he couldn't accomplish alot accomplished more then imagined. He went Thur death of his grandma and sister and dads best friend, also hated from his tribe for betraying them, hatred from his best friend, hatred from white people at school. He got the girl..typical teen book (: and was the bball star (: and the end his old best friend didn't hate him any more (:
This book was an extremely good book and I would highly suggest reading it to anybody! It kept my interest the entire time.

Tonights gonna be a good night of reading...
Tonight I plan to start reading a book I bowwored from Mr. Strusz. The book is called "The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian by Sherman Alexie. The book looks very um Intreeging...I plan to also finish this book soon it is only 230 pages long.
